Week 28

It is an exciting time for us...the last trimester of my pregnancy. I have been doing my homework and checking prices for hospital rooms. However, I have had this stomach bug for almost a week now. It is really strange....it might be an allergy too...doctor advised was only to drink lots of water and oral dehydration fluid.

Mother & Baby Expo

Went to Mother & Baby Expo a few weeks ago...it was pretty interesting. There were lots of new inventions for mother and baby, lotions and potions, furniture, and of course diapers. However, I ended up with bunch of Japanese dry food for my son and did not buy anything related to my pregnancy :) which is a good thing since I do not want to spend money on some new invention that I do not really need.

Week 22

Its week 22 and I think I have everything I need to arrange my nursery room. And....I finally received all my cloth diapering supplies that included some baby detergents :).

ObGyn

Lately I have been thinking about what my ObGyn said. My doctor made a comment that I could not have a normal delivery for my second baby due to the fact that I had a C-sec on my first. His comment really put him very low in my least favorite person list...even though he is a very nice and thorough doctor. I am contemplating to find another doctor.

Cloth Diaper Again

After another countless hours of looking and browsing, I have finally added Imse Vimse Flannelette Contour diapers and a Thirsties Duo wrap to my stash. Now I feel content and ready to face the first few months after giving birth.

Cloth Diapers

I have been researching, browsing, and finally deciding on cloth diapers for my baby no 2. I cannot help but thinking of how much money I could save and how we could contribute in reducing waste. I had browsed a lot of forums and reviews about cloth diaper before decided on Bummis Organic Prefolds with Bummis Super Brite cover for newborn. And I also stocked up on Bummis Easy Fit and Bum Genius 4.0 pocket diapers for later months. As for local product, I bought a few GG cloth diapers based on reviews by other blogger moms.

Second Trimester

Its the beginning of my second trimester and my morning sickness has finally gone. The nausea, vomiting and headaches were something that I did not have in my first pregnancy. On the other hand, I do not really have a big appetite like my first. My goal is to gain about 10 kg for this pregnancy.

Listened to Mozart in the morning and will listen to Relaxation Shower CD in a little bit.

Belly

I am approximately 2 months pregnant and my belly is already showing. And I mean....really really showing. Even my husband says that I look more like 3 or 4 months pregnant. Oh well...

Routine

I have started practicing my Maternity Lessons from Shichida Method for about two weeks now. One of the lessons is listening to relaxing music such as nature sounds. Having a relax mind is important while being pregnant....

Another Test

And this was another test I did on July 23rd just for fun before my obgyn visit.

Pregnant

Two weeks ago on July 18, 2010 at wee hour in the morning I did my pregnancy test and got two lines. The second line was a very faint line but nonetheless was a second line. The following day, I had my Beta hCG done and it came out positive as well with a 73.93 mIU. I am so excited...Sasha is going to have a brother or sister soon....
